What Really Happens Behind the Doors of Our Women-Only Lingerie Party

I Know What You're Thinking

Curious, but a little scared. That's completely normal.

You've seen the posts. Maybe you've read a testimonial or two. You're curious — genuinely curious — but something's holding you back. What if I don't look a certain way? What if I'm scared when I get there? What actually happens behind those doors? I get it, and I'd rather just tell you plainly than let your imagination fill in the gaps. So here's exactly what happens, start to finish.

You Arrive, and I'm Right There

No awkward entrance. Just a warm hello.

My studio is on the first floor, and the moment you arrive, I'm there to greet you at the door myself. You can come in your normal clothes with your lingerie underneath, or with it tucked in your bag to change once you're inside — either way works. I'll introduce you straight away to my assistant and my co-hostess, so you've got three familiar faces before you've even had your first drink.

"My friends can't come and I don't want to go alone" is one of the things I hear most. One woman who felt exactly that way told me afterwards: "I went on my own and made new friends." So many women arrive solo, not knowing a single other person in the room. By the end of the night, you genuinely won't remember who arrived together and who didn't.

Your Pace, Your Choice

Warm up with a drink first, or change the moment you walk in.

There's no script here. Some women want to settle in with a drink before they get changed. Others want to slip into their lingerie the second they arrive — and honestly, walking in and seeing other women already in theirs tends to put you in the mood almost instantly. Whichever one you are, there's no pressure either way.

Drinks, Light Bites, and No Ice to Break

Why the connections happen faster than you'd expect.

We've got drinks — alcoholic and non-alcoholic — and light bites, so you can get a glass in hand and something to nibble on while you get to know the other women in the room. Here's the thing I notice every single time: because everyone's already a little vulnerable, already wearing lingerie together, there's simply no ice to break. Conversations go deeper, faster, than they would at any ordinary night out.

Don't Take My Word for It

What the women who've actually been in the room are saying.

"I found that it was amazing to be with another woman with different bodies, different shapes, and feel vulnerable and at the same time empowered, and it was amazing."

"I had the most incredible time at a girls' party. It always feels so empowering to be with other women and to let yourself be vulnerable and to witness everyone being so open and intimate."

"Not knowing what to expect, I was a little nervous, but the second I walked through the door I felt immediately welcome and ready to show off my lingerie. We were all different ages, sizes, colours, nationalities and levels of confidence — and it made every other woman feel welcome, safe and beautiful."

You Are Already Enough to Walk Through That Door

No "right" body, no "right" lingerie, no waiting required.

I know the fear underneath the fear: am I skinny enough, sexy enough, do I even own the right lingerie to wear? Here's my honest answer — this is a judgement-free space, and you come exactly as you are, because you are already perfect as you are. In that room, you'll find every kind of body and every kind of shape, and every single one of them is beautiful.

"I don't feel comfortable in my body until I've lost some weight" is a thought I hear constantly. One woman told me instead: "This evening helped me to accept my body as it is right now." You don't need to lose the baby weight, get skinnier, or wait until you've done five training sessions a week for six weeks. This is your chance to accept and love your body exactly as it is today, and give it some love.

If part of what's holding you back is simply not owning a piece you feel good in yet, treating yourself to something new before the party is half the fun. "I only have granny pants and breastfeeding bras," one woman admitted — and afterwards said: "I got to treat myself to a gorgeous lingerie set to wear to the party, and I'm so happy to have it in my wardrobe now."

Exploring the Studio, Trying on Heels and Pearls

And no, it is not a photoshoot.

Once you're settled, you're free to explore the studio, flick through our albums, try on heels or pearls, and take your own selfies — alone or with other women, if you'd like. I want to be clear: this isn't a photoshoot, and I'm not taking professional images of you during the party. If that's something you'd love — proper, guided, beautifully lit images of yourself — that's exactly what a boudoir session with me is for.

Your Privacy Comes First, Always

Only women who consent appear in any photo or post.

You might have seen content from past parties on our socials, or in this very article. I want to be completely upfront: only the women who give explicit consent to be filmed, photographed, or posted ever appear in anything we share. You can absolutely come and leave without a single trace online — we take your privacy and consent seriously. The moment you arrive, I'll ask exactly what you're comfortable with, and we'll respect that fully, no exceptions.

Themes, Games, and Moments That Stay With You

Like the night we all read anonymous compliments out loud.

Some evenings have a theme or an activity built in. One of my favourites is a sharing circle — last time, each woman wrote one thing she loved about her body on one side of a piece of paper, and an anonymous compliment for another woman in the room on the other. We folded them into a bowl, pulled one each, and read them aloud. We cheered after every single sentence, never knowing who'd written it, and everyone left loving their body a little more than when they'd arrived. For Halloween, we bring in tarot readings; in winter, it's games nights and plenty more surprises along the way.

Goodbyes, and a New Kind of Confidence

By the end, nobody wants to leave.

Towards the end of the evening, we usually take a group photo with the women who'd like to be in it, then settle back into more drinks, more nibbles, more talking and laughing. Honestly, by 9:30pm, hardly anyone wants to get dressed and head home — but when you finally do, you leave with something you didn't walk in with: a new level of confidence that stays with you long after the night ends.

So — not as scary as you thought, is it? If you've still got doubts or questions, reach out to me directly. I'll answer honestly, every time.
